As a HUD approved counseling agency, Abayomi CDC has partnered with Bank of America to provide homebuyer education and one-on-one counseling for their new mortgage program, Community Affordable Loan Solution (CAfLS).
For first-time homebuyers or returning buyers, the road to homeownership now has new offerings – and Abayomi is here to help!

Here are the steps you’ll need to take to begin your process:
Step 1: Register for a Homebuyer Education Class.
At Abayomi, we offer either a bi-weekly LIVE Virtual Class ($70) or an online self-paced course ($125). If you choose to register for our LIVE Virtual Class, you will receive your final confirmation email 48 hours before the class. If you register for our online self-paced course, we ask that you call or email us upon completion for Step 2.
Once you complete either course, you will receive Abayomi’s standard HUD-approved Counseling certificate and homeownership resources.
Step 2: Schedule a 1-on-1 Counseling Session with our HUD-approved Housing Counselors.
1-on-1 counseling appointments may take 1 to 3 sessions, but will vary upon client. Upon completion, your homeownership assessment and Bank of America certificate will be sent to you and your Bank of America point of contact.
Step 3: Send us a success report!
